All the items are new and fully packed by the store. Our team will deliver all the items Non opened.

Customer will select the items and in the cart you can choose delivery option (prime or standard). Prime (up 2 next Days) and Standard (4-7 next Days). The customer also can choose assembly per items. It means the item with assembly request by customer will assemble by our team after delivery.

pikmypak.store will deliver new items from huge shop like IKEA, so the shops have return policy, for any reason you can return back the items direct by your self in the store or request return services by pikmypak.store. our team will process return the items to store, we will deduct return fee and disassembly if need. then we will return the rest of your payment to your card after 4-7 Business days.

If you want return the items for any reason. Delivery fee and assembly or installation fee are not refundable because our services are done.

Electronic items like security camera, security systems need wiring and installation which are depends on many parameters(wiring, quantities, ..) our worker will give you estimate after deliver the items in you location.
